In Connecticut, HB 5481 was filed with Legislative Commissioner’s Office (LCO) on March 26. The LCO checked it for constitutionality and then sent it to the Office of Fiscal Analysis who will determine any costs involved with implementation. Rhode Island Hearing Cancelled

A short but critical post.
The hearing in Rhode Island Legislature that was scheduled for Thursday March 18 has been cancelled. At 4:50 PM, all House Finance Committee meetings were cancelled for the 18th. Of course, this means that there will NOT be any testimony on HB 7071 on Thursday.
