I have to fill out the "No Tax Due" form every quarter; it is not a regular quarter Jan-Feb-Mar it is off a month Sep-Oct-Nov. I was off one month and had to pay them a $50 dollar fine. Now imagine every state and having to file a tax return. Now imagine other countries chiming in and requiring tax returns in every currency exchange. This is a mole hill turning into a mountain.
